Jumpsoles jumping system

The jumpsoles are definetely a good way to improve your jump and realize your flying dreams... The jumpsoles are easy to use, they just adjust to your sneakers with easy straps that fit your shoes perfectly. You get use to it pretty fast and sometime might even forget you are wearing them!

You won’t see results the second day but if you keep using them few minutes every day, and follow the DVD that comes with the jumpsoles, you’ll see real results and you will feel like using them even more to jump higher and higher. My suggestion if you want to keep a good feeling on the court is to alternate Jumpsoles trainings and actual basketball game without the Jumpsoles to adjust the feeling with the progress you make.

About the Jumpsoles:
Jumpsoles are the world’s most popular frontal training platforms which attach to your own shoes. By training with Jumpsoles you will build up important fast twitch muscle fibers in the lower leg. Jumpsoles will increase vertical jump 5 to 10 inches, and decrease time in the 40 yd dash by .2 seconds. Comes complete with training manual and video (or DVD for the large sizes).

The Jumpsoles are now upgradeable with the all new Proprioceptor System! The version 4.0 were specially designed to use this device which develops balance and agility while preventing injury. Supercharge your Jumpsoles results.

Proprioceptor plugs screw into the bottom of your Jumpsoles allowing you to do wobble exercises that build up crucial jumping muscles in your ankles and feet. Stronger ankles and feet mean more energy returned into vertical jump. You can add up to 3 extra inches to your Jumpsoles vertical with Proprioceptors!

WHY SERIOUS ATHLETES CHOOSE THE KATAPULT™ SHOESIf you are a serious athlete or a parent of an athlete, the Katapult™ training shoe and scientific methodology when followed correctly, will give you or your child the tools to prepare for the next level of competition. The Katapult™ Training System and its scientific methodology is by far the most advanced plyometric workout available for the serious athlete. Athletic Training Innovations (ATI) has created a 52-week in-season/off-season workout (patent pending) that will increase an athlete’s vertical jump, speed, lower leg strength and flexibility while decreasing the risk of injury. The New Katapult™ Training ShoeThe “NEW” Katapult™ Training Shoe is lighter, better fitting and made with new composites that the user will notice immediately when compared to what is available elsewhere. Using a dynamic 3-D computer generated program ATI was able to develop our state-of-the-art molds to create a plyometric training shoe like no other. Backed by Science MethodologyLightest Training Shoe of Its KindBest Fitting and Most Advanced Plyometric Training ShoeMade with New CompositesLengthen and Strengthen In a normal standing position with conventional athletic shoes roughly 2/3rds of the body’s weight is supported or rests on the heels with little effort from the calf muscles. Training in the Katapult™ shoe eliminates the heel and forces the calf muscles to support the full body load. This overload works the calves and Achilles tendons with a force equal to several times the body’s weight upon impact. Used correctly, the Katapult training shoe stretches and overloads these muscles, which in time will lengthen and strengthen. The Katapult™ Training Shoes will increase vertical jump five to ten inches, lower speed in the 40-yard dash by two tenths of a second, and improve lower leg strength and flexibility. Many well-known athletes use frontal platform shoes for training, to give them an extra edge, but the shoes can help even amateur athletes excel in any sport - basketball, football, soccer, track, volleyball, body building, baseball and more.Included with a Pair of Katapult™ ShoesThe Katapult™ plyometric training shoe comes with a 52-week in-season off-season training methodology and DVD (patent pending), a laminated card to take to your workout and a stretch strap that will allow you to pre and post stretch. .

I did the air alert wearing jumpsoles, When my 9th grade basketball season came it was like 5 monthes later. My Vertical went from about 28-30 to 43-45 and had my 1st in game windmill and well yeah do them with air alert it is the best!! I got 15 inches, How much will you get?? .
