Skyflex
 The SkyFlex Program is a plyometric training program that utilizes jump training to increase leaping ability, speed, quickness and explosive power. It is a series of drills and exercises aimed at linking strength with speed of movement and reflexes to produce power.

Following the SkyFlex Program will enable your muscles to reach maximum strength in the shortest possible time. Most athletes, regardles of skill level, will experience significant improvments in performance using the SkyFlex Program.

Plyometric exercises found in the SkyFlex Program concentrate on using the SkyFlex shoes to develop an athlete’s Achilles and calf muscles. The SkyFlex Program consists mainly of running, jumping, and hopping exercises which teach the muscles used for jumping and running to load and unload. In other words, the Achilles and calf muscles are conditioned to be more powerful and more explosive. By merely walking around in the SkyFlex shoes, every step is a plyometric exercise for the calf and Achilles. SkyFlex’s elevated sole allows the calf to hang free forcing it to be stretched, or loaded, with every step. By training regularly with the SkyFlex shoes and workout routine, measurable improvements in an athlete’s running and jumping ability will be realized in 4 weeks.


The SkyFlex Program consists of the shoes as well as the SkyFlex training manual. The 16 page, spiral bound SkyFlex training manual lays out various workouts that can be tailored to an athlete’s specific sport or need. Exercises comprising the workout are defined and illustrated in the manual, and can be performed at a variety of intensity levels depending on the athlete’s skill level. As you become more adept at performing the plyometric exercises, you may move from the beginner workout to an intermediate or expert workout. You can also increase the intensity level with which you perform the exercises to gain even further improvements in your abilities.

Men and Women alike can improve their speed, agility, and leaping ability with the SkyFlex Program. Consider the football lineman firing out of his stance, the volleyball player jumping up high to spike or block a shot, the basketball player leaping for a rebound or a dunk, or the baseball player accelerating out of the batter’s box after a hit. Athletes participating in almost any sport can benefit from working out with the SkyFlex shoes and system.

i want some but i dont want it to be some total waste of money as these things usually are. .
