Dribble tricks

The Trick: Start with the ball in your left hand. Dribble behind your back and as soon as the ball touches your right hand break into a spin move. The defender should be out of place now, and you can drain a 3 ball or drive it in.

The Spider: This is a famous move but i find that alot of people don’t know how to do it correctly. The Trick: Stand with your legs spread apart and then drop the ball in front of you. Now hit it with your right hand and then your left hand. When you hit it with your left hand push the ball through your legs behind you to your right hand which should be behind your back now. Then reach behind you and hit it with your right hand then left hand. When you hit it with your left hand push the ball through your legs in front of you to your right hand which should be back to the front now. Then reach in front of you again and hit with your right hand then left hand and keep repeating. This is a move that must be practiced and perfected before doing it in a game.

The Trick: Start your dribble in your right hand. Start a spin move but stop half way so that your back is to the defender. Now dribble the ball behind your back from your left to your right. now do what you please.

if you need help on your J jus practice wit sum 1 taller than you an hav them run up to you while you shoot. that should help you not only by improvin your shot but also improvin your confidence. rememba to never be scared also because every 1 gets swatted no matter how good they r. peace good luck girl. .

to build strength for the shot, do one-handed pushups, but instead of doing it on the floor... push off the wall. .

well, your going to want to release your shot right at the top of your jump. Also, your shooting arm should be bent 90 degrees before release. Theres not much else besides good form and enough power. .
