Basketball is a sport in which physical preparation is particularly important. It does not matter how tall you are, but it does matter if your strength and fitness are not up to scratch. Basketball requires a combination of endurance (the ability to maintain an effort during an extended period of time without resting) and athleticism. After an intense period of training, you will notice that your stats improve. Your shooting, passing and dribbling will all become stronger if your body is better suited to the game.
