Passing (most popular)

Wrist motion

Wrist motion is the key to any pass you make. You want to devlop good wrist movement and strength. If you wind up for your passes they can be easily caught and intercepted. Do not look in any particular direction because the defense will catch on and be there before the ball is even thrown. Good and effective passers never give the defense a chance to react. A Good exercise that you can do are wrist curls. To do this sit on a sturdy chair or bench. Place your arm on your Knee so that your hand is hanging off and your palm is facing upward. Grasp the dumbbell with your hand and curl the dumbbell using your wrist strength, not your bicep.
