Goldwire named CBA Player of the Week

Goldwire averaged 32.5 points, 7.8 assists and 2.5 steals per game during the week, as the Sun Kings went just 1-3.

He collected 38 points, 11 assists, six rebounds and three steals in an overtime loss to Great Lakes on February 15. Five days later, Goldwire contributed 33 points, 11 boards and five steals in a victory over Gary.

Gary’s Immanuel McElroy, Great Lakes’ Jimmy King and Idaho’s David Bailey were other players considered for the award.
