No. 10 Stanford tops Washington

Candice Wiggins added 17 points and 10 rebounds for Stanford (13-3, 6-0 Pac 10), which won its 11th straight game. Brooke Smith added 12 points, nine rebounds and six assists in the victory, as the Cardinals led 41-28 at the break and maintained the only perfect record left in their conference.

Sami Whitcomb came off the bench to net 13 points for the Huskies (12-6, 5-2), while Cameo Hicks scored just 11. Washington shot a miserable 27.8 percent from the floor, making only 20 of its 72 shots.
