New Orleans, LA (Basketball News) - Jenna Rubino scored a game-high 18 points as the 18th-ranked DePaul Blue Demons defeated the Tulane Green Wave, 80-50, at Fogelman Arena. Rubino hit 7-of-11 field goal attempts to lead DePaul (14-3, 3-1 C-USA), which has won three straight and eight of nine. Khara Smith added 16 points and 14 rebounds, Allie Quigley had 12 points and Caprice Smith chipped in 11 points of the bench for the Blue Demons. Leading Tulane (8-10, 0-5) was Courtney Simmons with 11 points. Tulane, which has lost six straight, shot just 33 percent for the game, while DePaul connected on 53 percent of its shots.
