Although this one is initially difficult, a little practice is all it takes to get it right.
When facing your defender, dribble the ball and catch it under your shirt.
Turn slightly to the left and hit the ball with your right hand so that comes out of your shirt at roughly your right hip.
If aimed properly, it will bounce between your defender’s legs. Run around them and retrieve the ball.
