Although this one can be extremely embarrassing for your defender, it may also land you in hot water, so be careful when you use it.
 
  1. With the defender close to you, take the ball in both hands and reach behind their head with it.
 
  1. Bounce the ball high off the floor (aim to hit a spot about five inches behind their feet).
 
  1. As they turn around to catch the ball, grab their shorts and pull them down.
