Hoosier forward Kline out indefinitely
Bloomington, IN (Sports Network) – Indiana Hoosiers forward Sean Kline will be
sidelined indefinitely due to a right knee injury.
The team’s fourth leading scorer at 7.1 points per game, Kline was hurt in a
71-56 loss to Purdue on Saturday.
Tests Sunday revealed significant injury to the knee. Kline will be evaluated
again on Monday by Indiana team physicians to determine how the injury will be
“Sean has really improved this season, which is what makes this injury such a
shame,” head coach Mike Davis said. “Sean has been a key contributor for us,
and we are going to miss him while he is out.”
