Oregon cuts ties with Crosswhite
Eugene, OR (Sports Network) – Oregon head coach Ernie Kent announced Tuesday
that redshirt junior forward Ian Crosswhite has been permanently dismissed
from the men’s basketball program for violating athletic department policy.
Crosswhite, who was suspended indefinitely by Kent on February 9, will remain
in school and is expected to graduate this summer.
The 7-foot Australian started 17 of the Ducks’ first 19 games this season
and averaged 8.4 points and 5.7 rebounds. As a sophomore, Crosswhite posted
