Illini remain perfect with rout of Redhawks

Champaign, IL (Sports Network) – Dee Brown scored 16 points to lead sixth-
ranked Illinois past Southeast Missouri State, 89-64, at Assembly Hall.

Jamar Smith and Warren Carter each scored 14 points for the Illini (13-0), who
increased their home winning streak to 28 games. Carter also pulled down seven
rebounds.

James Augustine scored 12 points and added eight boards in the win.

Roy Booker poured in a game-high 26 points for the Redhawks (4-7), who lost
for the fourth time in their last five games. Andrais Thornton added 10 points
and seven rebounds, while Eric Burtin also chipped in 10 points.
