Oklahoma State coach Sutton released from hospital
Stillwater, OK (Sports Network) – Oklahoma State University’s basketball coach
Eddie Sutton was released from the Stillwater Medical Center after being
involved in a car accident on Friday.
“I want to sincerely thank everyone for their concern and prayers,” Sutton
said. “I especially want to thank those who assisted at the accident site
and the doctors and staff at the Stillwater Medical Center.”
School officials reported that Sutton suffered no serious injuries and had
bumps, bruises and lacerations from the accident.
The 69-year-old has led the Cowboys to a 13-10 record this season.
Without Sutton, Oklahoma State lost to Texas Tech on Saturday, 46-44.
