Michigan State’s Trannon out indefinitely
East Lansing, MI (Sports Network) – Michigan State senior forward Matt
Trannon suffered a broken jaw during the second half of the Spartans’ 90-71
victory over Michigan on Saturday and will be sidelined indefinitely.
The injury took place late in the game when Trannon, teammate Shannon Brown
and Michigan forward Graham Brown collided.
In 18 games, Trannon is averaging 4.7 points and 4.3 rebounds per contest.
He was also a wide receiver on the Spartans’ football squad.
