Wright leaves Bowling Green’s basketball squad
Bowling Green, OH (Sports Network) – Bowling Green State University and guard
Steven Wright have mutually decided that Wright is no longer a member of the
men’s basketball team, it was announced on Thursday.
Wright, who started all 29 games for Bowling Green last season, played in 20
games this year, starting just nine. He was the second-leading scorer for
the Falcons this season, averaging 11.4 points per game, and was second on
the team in both assists and steals.
Wright scored four points, dished out five assists and pulled down four
rebounds in 28 minutes of action in his last game, an 82-66 loss to Kent State
