For The Love Of Basketball 63rd edition

Answer: On the outside, people will just label it as ‘Sheed being ‘Sheed, but on the inside, I believe there’s an obvious disconnect between the Piston players and the Piston head coach. Rasheed blatantly disrespected Flip Saunders on national television by refusing to join the team huddle during a timeout in the first quarter of Game 3 against the Heat. The players are clearly out of synch and are understandably frustrated. They haven’t played well since the first half of Game 2 against the Cavaliers in the second round. And I point the finger at the coach.

Question: What do you make of Rasheed Wallace essentially telling his coach to “eff off?”
Answer: No they don’t, they suck it up and do what they have to do to win without making excuses.
Question: Do true MVPs EVER complain about fatigue during the PLAYOFFS?
Answer: He’s a helluva ball player!
Question: What do you think of Dywane Wade?
Answer: I’m not sure, but I’m POSITIVE the Piston players, organization, beat writers, and fans can tell you without hesitation.
Question: How much is a good coach worth?
Answer: When he hit that 3-pointer in overtime of Game 4 against the Grizzlies in the first round. And then afterwards, he walked back down court sneering and using both hands to hold three fingers in the air like: “WHAT?!” Since then, he’s been the best player in 2005-2006 NBA Playoffs.
Question: When did Dirk regain the onions he lost after that disastrous performance in the playoffs last year?
Answer: The Miami Heat not only making, but winning the Finals.
Question: What’s your absolute worst nightmare?
Answer: Because the media likes Steve Nash.
Question: How come the media didn’t give Steve Nash any flack (like they did Kobe) when he didn’t even attempt a shot in the second half of Game 2?
Answer: Its close, but I’ll give a slight edge to Raja Bell over Boris Diaw and DeSagana Diop.
Question: What NO NAME player has used this year’s playoffs to maximize their value and become a household name?
Answer: Yes it would, but I don’t understand why the coach hasn’t figured it out.
Question: Wouldn’t it be wise to make Dywane Wade work on the defensive end by running Rip Hamilton through more screens like they did last year?
Answer: Yes, you can’t have a system that’s as physically demanding as theirs and have only a 7-man rotation.
Question: Will the Suns season inevitably end against the Mavericks?
Answer: I don’t know, but I absolutely HATE it!!!
Question: Where did the phrase “score the ball” come from?
Answer: There’s a reason why he’s only advance past the first round TWICE.
Questions: Why doesn’t Flip Saunders substitute Ben Wallace with Antonio McDyess more often? Wouldn’t that prevent the Hack-A-Ben and create defensive problems for Miami?
Answer: Commissioner David Stern handing The Glory over to the one and only Mark Cuban.
Question: What would be the most anticipated moment of the 2005-2006 NBA Finals?
That’s all for now folks!
