Two Temple players deemed ineligible
Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) – Temple senior Wayne Marshall and junior
Mark Tyndale have both been declared ineligible for the fall semester due to
NCAA eligibility guidelines.
The 6-foot-11, 285-pound center Marshall averaged 7.2 points and four rebounds
per game last season in 24 games. He ranked second on the club with 22 blocked
Tyndale, a 6-foot-5, 210-pound guard, averaged a team-high 5.1 rebounds per
game while placing third on the club with 10.9 points per contest. He started
all 32 games last year and averaged 36.4 minutes per game.
Marshall and Tyndale can be reinstated after the fall semester if they meet
NCAA guidelines for eligibility.
