Duquesne’s Baldonado released from hospital; Ashaolu upgraded
Pittsburgh, PA (Sports Network) – Stuard Baldonado, one of five Duquesne
University basketball players shot early Sunday morning, was released from
Mercy Hospital Friday afternoon.
Baldonado suffered gunshot wounds to his left arm and back.
“I want to thank everyone for their kind words and care, especially the staff
at the hospital,” Baldonado said. “I’m feeling better each day. I’m looking
forward to seeing my family and getting some home-cooked meals.”
