Lawrence, KS (Sports Network) – Brandon Rush poured in 21 points and Julian
Wright added 16 as third-ranked Kansas rolled over Northern Arizona, 91-57, in
the season opener at Allen Fieldhouse.

Rush was 9-of-14 from the floor and added seven rebounds for the Jayhawks
(1-0), who never trailed in the contest.

Julian Wright added 16 points and eight rebounds and Sherron Collins
contributed 15 to lead a balanced scoring attack for the defending conference
champions.
