Breaking News: Conley Sr. Believes Oden ‘Won’t Wait’ To Declare

There are strong signs that , the star center with Ohio State, will forego the remaining years of his college eligibility and declare for the NBA draft.

Right now, Mike Conley Sr., Oden’s former coach and family friend, is doing the talking, telling ESPN that the star center will likely go pro.

“I anticipate them putting their names in, but not signing (with an agent)," Conley Sr. mentioned. “Believe it or not, the boys (Oden and Mike Conley Jr.) are naive to the process and they need to be educated to all of it.”

Oden averaged 16 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 blocks in his freshman NCAA season. He is seen as either the first or second overall pick.
