The Bucks confirmed they matched an offer sheet Bell signed with the Miami Heat for the restricted free agent guard, a five-year worth $18.5 million.
My Quick Take: Flashback to summer, 2003. was rebuilding. And they had their eyes on two of the L.A. Clippers restricted free agents: Elton Brand and Lamar Odom.
