Our pick as Must-See game: N.Y. Knicks @ L.A. (Clippers).

Why: Shouting matches on the team plane. Threats to tell-all and expose the boss. And a star point guard going M-I-A, resulting in a one game fine that could pay my five nephews’ college tuition.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, I give you the gong-show that is the New York Knicks. No drama too small. All acts of madness and insanity are encouraged.

Consider the last two days. Hi-profile table-setter Stephon Marbury left the Knicks after getting demoted from the starting line-up. His status and whereabouts remains unknown.

This sets-up tonight’s Knicks-Clippers game. Everyone wants to know if Marbury will return to the team following his self-imposed excommunication; his status as of this afternoon was murky.

The New York Post has an email, where Marbury insists he’ll show. However, the Knicks told ESPN radio that Coach Thomas will decide if he plays.

Either way, Marbury’s four year run with the Knicks is winding down. The only question is when it ends. We could get the answer tonight.
