I hate spreading gossip about any NBA baller, especially Michael Jordan, because he's my favorite athlete of all time, but the fact of the matter is...
Hoopsvibe's quick call: The Airman could be facing a paternity suit.
TMZ, Yardbarker.com, and various media outlets reported yesterday that an Atlanta woman named Pamela Smith has recently filed a lawsuit claiming that MJ is the father of her 16 year old son, Taj.
The lawsuit allegedly requests that Jordan take a paternity test in addition to paying child support and medical expenses. Smith also wants Taj's last name to be legally changed to Jordan. (I would imagine Taj is probably cool with this too. You know, legally changing your last name to match that of the best basketball player in the history of the game wouldn't be a bad deal. Especially if it is in fact is your dad.)
According to TMZ...
"Pamela Smith claims in her paternity suit ... she became pregnant after having sex with Jordan in 1995."
The story also goes on to note that Smith is requesting full custody, in addition to the things mentioned above.
So far, there's been no comment from Jordan's camp.
Taj, the alleged child of Smith and His Airness, posted a youtube video in December claiming he's Jordan's son.
