Carmelo Anthony and Lala welcome their first child

Carmelo Anthony's fiancee, MTV's LaLa Vazquez, gave birth to a baby boy, the first couple's first child, at Sky Ridge Medical Center in Lone Tree, Colorado. Kiyan Anthony weighs five pounds and 9 1/2 ounces, and he's 18 1/2 inches long.  Melo decided to skip the game against Golden State to be next to his fiance when she gave birth. Anthony, 22, and Vasquez got engaged on Christmas Day in 2004. |
