Brian Scalabrine Gets a Spray Tan

"Look at me. I'm whiter than a Matchbox Twenty concert." If Brian Scalabrine wasn't your favorite player before, you may want to reconsider after reading this story. The red-headed reserve for the Celtics promised Boston radio station 98.5 the Sports Hub that he'd get a spray tan if he received 250,00 vote for the 2010 All-Star Game. Somehow, that happened. Scal turned out to be a man of his word, and the result was that he recently followed through by visiting a local establishment to have his freckled pelt sprayed a more human shade. "I'm nervous about orange." As brave as B-Scal was to get the tattoo, he still feared that the result would be a skin tone that matched that of his ginger topping.
