 The purpose of the Vince Carter Youth Basketball Academy is to guide young people toward developing skills on the basketball court and in their lives. This "sports to life" concept allows Vince to reach out to young people in a way that no other venue affords. Campers not only learn basketball skills from Vince, but also interact with Vince personally in small and large group settings. The goal of the camp is to focus campers on five points of emphasis that have applications in basketball and in life. This focus provides for an unforgettable interactive camp experience that only the Vince Carter Youth Basketball Academy can provide.
