It won’t happen. So what’s Cleveland GM Danny Ferry’s next move? Well, he should do two things. First, Ferry must seek a meeting with James-a brief sit-down, nothing formal. In this meeting, he must explain to his star why acquiring Kidd was impossible and reassure James that the organization is committed to winning. Second, Ferry must get his superstar help. That’s what James wants.
