After a disastrous 2009, Toronto Raptors GM Bryan Colangelo wanted to upgrade the wing positions. So ’The Golden Boy’ in the executive suite signed free agent small forward Hedo Turkoglu and acquired shooting guard Antoine Wright in a trade with Dallas.

However, his best move might be drafting DeMar DeRozan. The lottery pick has impressed at training camp and, with respect to Jamario Moon, might be the Raptors’ best athlete since Vince Carter and Tracy McGrady called the Air Canada Centre home.

In Sunday’s exhibition game against the Washington Wizards, the former USC Trojan had two highlight reel dunks. Watch the clip and answer this question: is DeRozan Toronto’s most explosive player since ‘VC’ and ‘T-Mac’?

Nope, not even close. VC not only jump higher but he was explosive every time he dunk the ball, and those two dunks from DeRozan just looks average. .

damn...i thought yall lived in canada. i dont see but 10 raptor games a year and even i know who Joey Graham is and that he played on the raptors. this guy Derozan just had two wide open dunks and he barely got above the rim. i know people get hyped over draft picks and potential but this is a joke. .

I don’t know fellas, I think everyone is seriously underestimating Sonny Weems. I am pretty biased, because he’s from Arkansas. But I saw him win the college dunk contest a couple years ago, like he was competing against Middle School kids... if he gets minutes, you will love what he does in the air. I’ve seen 2 sweet highlights this year in the preseason already. .

Hi Buddahfan: Yes, Johnson is also a world cla-------athlete and will make a huge impact off the bench. The Raptors will be a much different team this year and it will be fun to watch.

DeRozan is the best jumper but Johnson is the best athlete.Beside being "Mr Baaketball" in CA Johnson also starred in Long and Short Distance Running on his High School track team. .
