(Sports Network) – The Phoenix Suns dropped to a disappointing 1-3 on the
season Wednesday, as they fell to the Utah Jazz, 91-80, at the Delta Center.

Shawn Marion scored 20 points and pulled down nine boards in 43 minutes and
Amare Stoudemire had 18 points and nine rebounds for the Suns, who have lost
all three games they’ve played against Western Conference foes this year. The
team’s only victory came against LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Phoenix, which trailed by as much as 19 in the game, shot just 38 percent from
the field and was outrebounded by Utah, 48-35.

Joe Johnson finished with 11 points for the Suns, while Stephon Marbury scored
just nine on 3-of-13 shooting from the floor.

Phoenix acquired center Jahidi White from the Washington Wizards in exchange
for guard Brevin Knight.

The Suns resume play on Friday when they host the Memphis Grizzlies at America
West Arena.
