Hawks travel to Portland to meet Wallace and the Blazers

Portland, OR (Sports Network) – The Portland Trail Blazers welcome the
slumping Atlanta Hawks to the Rose Garden for a Saturday night contest.

The Blazers continued to struggle this season after suffering a 100-82 loss to
the Seattle SuperSonics on Friday. Rasheed Wallace netted a game-high 25
points and pulled down 11 rebounds for Portland.

Zach Randolph had 19 points and nine boards, while Bonzi Wells ended with 13
points for the Blazers, who have lost two of their last three.

Portland has won three straight against the Hawks and seven of the last nine

Atlanta, which plays six of its next eight games away from home, suffered a
99-72 loss to the Golden State Warriors in its last outing on November 5.

Jason Terry paced Atlanta with 13 points and six assists. Dion Glover netted
11 points and Shareef Abdur-Rahim pulled down 12 boards for the Hawks, who
have dropped four of their first five games this season.

The Hawks are winless on the road this season (0-3) and have dropped the last
three meetings versus Portland. Atlanta also has lost its last four trips to
the Rose Garden.
