(Sports Network) – The Detroit Pistons were defeated Tuesday by the
Sacramento Kings, 97-91, at ARCO Arena in the first of a four-game road trip.

Richard Hamilton paced Detroit with 19 points and also pulled down seven
boards. Chauncey Billups had 17 points and Mehmet Okur contributed 16 points
and nine boards for the Pistons, who had a five-game winning streak snapped.

Detroit played without starting forward Ben Wallace (sprained left ankle).

Corliss Williamson ended with 15 points and seven boards for the Pistons,
while Elden Campbell had 11 points and eight rebounds. Tayshaun Prince scored
10 points and grabbed eight boards.

Detroit has dropped seven in a row at Sacramento.

The Pistons play tonight in Oakland against the Golden State Warriors.
