(Sports Network) – Tim Thomas scored a game-high 25 points, but the Milwaukee
Bucks lost to the Denver Nuggets, 94-86, at the Pepsi Center on Wednesday.

Michael Redd had 24 points and seven rebounds for the Bucks, who lost for the
third time in four games.

Joe Smith had a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds, while Toni Kukoc
added 10 points in the loss.

Denver squandered a 19-point halftime advantage, and led just 72-67 heading
into the final period. Milwaukee hung tough, and pulled into an 81-81 tie on a
Redd basket with five minutes to play.

But the Nuggets went on a 11-2 run to effectively put the game out of reach,
and the Bucks couldn’t get closer than six the rest of the way.
