(Sports Network) – The New York Knicks were blown out by the Indiana Pacers,
93-70, on Thursday at Conseco Fieldhouse.

The Knicks, who never led, hurt themselves by turning the ball over 24 times
and shooting just 35 percent from the field.

The Pacers started the game on a 12-2 run and they never looked back. Jermaine
O’Neal completed the early burst on a bucket with 9:01 left in the first
quarter.

Indiana led 26-19 after the opening 12 minutes before taking a 52-40 edge into
the intermission.

The Pacers, who led by as many as 24, continued to dominate in the third
quarter, outscoring the Knicks, 26-19.

Indiana rested most of their starters in the final 12 minutes and still held
New York to only 11 points in the quarter.

New York forward Keith Van Horn has missed the last six contests due to a
sprained ankle. The last time Van Horn was on the court was November 17th
against the Celtics.

The Knicks are off until Saturday when they host Baron Davis and the New
Orleans Hornets.
