Houston misses second straight game

Los Angeles, CA (Sports Network) – New York Knicks guard Allan Houston did not
dress in Tuesday’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers due to an ailing right
knee.

Houston, who holds a team-best 19.6 points-per-game average, did not play for
the second consecutive game. He also missed Sunday’s loss against Golden
State.

Houston underwent offseason surgery on the knee, and it has bothered him ever
since a collision incident in a game versus Indiana a few weeks ago.

Houston’s playing status for New York’s contest versus Utah on Wednesday is
questionable. Shandon Anderson started in place of Houston for the Knicks, who
have dropped four straight.
