(Sports Network) – The Portland Trail Blazers remained winless on the road
this season after falling to the San Antonio Spurs, 102-77, on Wednesday at
the SBC Center.

Rasheed Wallace scored a game-high 23 points for the Trail Blazers, who have
dropped their last three games overall. Zach Randolph was the only other
double-digit scorer with 22 points, as Portland fell to 0-8 away from home
this season.

Randolph, who averaged 8.4 points in 77 games last season, has scored 27.6
points over his last five games, and leads the team at 22.5 points-per-game.

Damon Stoudamire had eight points and six assists in Wednesday’s loss for the
Blazers, who have dropped 10 straight on the road since an 81-66 victory at
Houston on April 8, 2003.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are the NBA’s only other team without a road win,
having dropped 33 straight away from home dating back to last season.

Portland will return to the court on Saturday against the Los Angeles Lakers.
