(Sports Network) – The Los Angeles Clippers try to stay on the winning track
tonight in a building they rarely have success in when they head to Seattle to
face the SuperSonics at Key Arena.

The Clippers, who opened their season by losing to Seattle twice in Japan,
have been dominated this series, losing four straight and eight of the last
nine matchups.

Seattle’s dominance over LA has not been limited to just recent history
either, as the Sonics have walked away with a victory in 37 of the last 41
matchups and 44 of the last 50 meetings. It gets even worse for the Clippers
in Seattle, where they have lost 16 of 18 and 42 of their last 46.

Los Angeles, meanwhile, enters tonight’s contest on a winning note after
Quentin Richardson poured in a game-high 29 points, grabbed eight rebounds and
handed out six assists in the Clippers’ 93-82 win over the Utah Jazz on

Elton Brand added 20 points and nine boards for the Clippers, who have won two
straight after a three-game losing streak. Corey Maggette chipped in 17 points
in the win.

The Clippers, who are beginning a stretch of 14 of 16 on the road, have lost
four of five and 10 of 12 on the road and are just 4-11 away from home this
