(Sports Network) – The Washington Wizards try to get back in the win column
this evening when they welcome the Indiana Pacers to the MCI Center.

Washington enters tonight’s tilt on a losing note after a 100-89 loss to the
Boston Celtics on Friday.

Steve Blake led the Wizards with a career-high 17 points, as Washington lost
eighth time in its last 11 games. Larry Hughes posted 15 points in the loss,
while Juan Dixon and Christian Laettner scored 14 and 13, respectively.
Laettner also pulled down 12 boards.

The Wizards, who will start a seven-game stretch at home tonight, have won
three of four and four of six at home and are 8-10 in Washington this season.

Indiana defeated the Wizards earlier in the season and has won four of six and
10 of the last 13 meetings.The Pacers have also won four of six and seven of
their last 10 in Washington.
