(Sports Network) – The Portland Trail Blazers try for their third straight
win this evening when they close a three-game road trip in Atlanta against the
Hawks at Philips Arena.

On Wednesday, Zach Randolph posted 21 points and nine rebounds, as the Trail
Blazers halted Memphis’ franchise-record winning streak at eight games with an
88-76 victory over the Grizzlies at The Pyramid.

Rasheed Wallace added 16 points and 10 boards for Portland, which has won
three of its last four games. Despite the recent success, the Blazers are just
4-10 over their last 14.

The Blazers also got 12 points apiece from Derek Anderson and Ruben Patterson.

A win tonight would give Portland its first three-game winning streak from
November 28-December 5.

The Blazers, who opened the season with 10 consecutive road losses, have won
two straight on the road and are 5-16 away from home this season.

Portland defeated Atlanta earlier in the year, but could be at a disadvantage
tonight, as the home team in this series has won six of the last seven
matchups. The Blazers, though, have won four straight and eight of the last 10
matchups over the Hawks, including three of their last five in Dixie.
