(Sports Network) – The Miami Heat go for their second straight win tonight,
as they visit the New Orleans Hornets.

On Friday, Lamar Odom scored a game-high 25 points and pulled down 14
rebounds, as Miami pulled away midway through the fourth quarter for a 97-88
victory over the Los Angeles Clippers at AmericanAirlines Arena.

Eddie Jones added 16 points and Dwyane Wade scored 14 on 5-of-7 shooting from
the field, as the Heat won for the 10th time in their last 13 home contests.
Rafer Alston and Caron Butler chipped in with 12 and 11 points, respectively,
as Miami swept the season series from Los Angeles. Butler tied his season-high
with 11 boards.

With Friday’s win, the Heat improved to 14-7 at home.

Miami, which has lost seven of its last nine on the road, is a brutal 6-20 as
the visitor this season.

The Hornets have won eight of 10 and 10 of the last 13 meetings with the Heat,
who have lost six straight after winning their last two at the Hornets.
