(Sports Network) – The Clippers’ road woes continued Wednesday night, as
they fell 110-102 to the Memphis Grizzlies at The Pyramid.

Los Angeles has lost four straight and five of its first seven on its current
eight-game road trip.

Elton Brand paced the Clippers with a game-high 24 points and 15 rebounds. Los
Angeles played without two of its top scorers, as Corey Maggette (hip) and
Quentin Richardson (thigh) were both scratched before the contest. Richardson
bruised his thigh in a 96-84 loss to Minnesota on Wednesday night.

Eddie House added 19 points, while hauling down 10 boards for the Clippers,
who have dropped eight of their last 11 on the road. Chris Kaman netted 16
points and Matt Barnes added 13 in defeat.

Marko Jaric, who posted a career-high 12 assists against Minnesota on Tuesday,
finished with four.

The Clippers were just 1-of-7 from beyond the arc.

Los Angeles has an entire week off for the All-Star break. The Clippers
continue their slate next Wednesday against Portland at the Rose Garden.
