Pistons’ Rebraca suspended
Auburn Hills, MI (Sports Network) – The NBA announced on Monday that Detroit
Pistons center Zeljko Rebraca is suspended for one game for punching Brad
Miller of the Kings on Wednesday night.
Rebraca, who is averaging 3.1 points in 21 games this season, is expected to
serve his suspension Tuesday night at New York.
The 7-foot, 257-pound Rebraca has proved brittle since a decent 2001-02 rookie
season, when he averaged 6.9 points and 3.9 rebounds in 74 games.
He was diagnosed with an irregular heartbeat last season, forcing him to miss
52 games and the playoffs.
