(Sports Network) – Peja Stojakovic scored a game-high 24 points to lead the
Sacramento Kings to a 91-83 win over Chicago on Friday at the United Center.

Darius Songaila posted a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds while
Mike Bibby netted 17 and dished off eight assists in the win. Anthony Peeler
and Doug Christie each added 10 points as the Kings won their 10th straight
over the Bulls.

Sacramento entered the game already without the services of Chris Weber and
Brad Miller, who missed the contest due to suspension. Forward Tony Massenburg
also sat out after coming down with food poisoning earlier Friday.

Things got worse for Kings, who lost Bobby Jackson with a strained abdominal
muscle midway through the second quarter.

Sacramento went up 78-72 with 8:38 remaining in the game on a Jabari Smith
layup. But the Bulls scored the next five points to pull within one.
However, the they couldn’t get any closer, as the Kings used a 9-4 run over
the next 4:15 to go ahead 87-81.

Kirk Hinrich answered with a jumper on Chicago’s next possession, but Songaila
beat everyone to a rebound attempt and tipped in a Bibby miss with 26 seconds
left to put Sacramento up 89-83.

Tyson Chandler attempted an off-balance three-pointer, but missed badly and
Bibby grabbed the loose ball. He was immediately fouled and converted both
free throws to close out the scoring.

Sacramento improved to 12-0 versus the Central Division this season.

The Kings are off until Sunday when they visit the Toronto Raptors.
