(Sports Network) – Michael Redd poured in a game-high 27 points in leading
the Milwaukee Bucks to a 108-104 victory over Miami on Sunday at the Bradley

Desmond Mason added 21 points for the Bucks, who won their third straight
contest overall and the fifth straight in the series. Toni Kukoc chipped in 17
off the bench on 6-of-9 shooting, while Erick Strickland and Keith Van Horn
each netted 11 points. Van Horn added 12 rebounds in the win and posted his
14th double-double of the season.

Leading by three, Lamar Odom fouled Redd shooting a three-pointer and the
Milwaukee guard responded by making all three foul shots to put the Bucks up
six. After two Udonis Haslem free throws, Mason hit a driving layup to give
the Bucks a 105-99 advantage with 60 seconds left.

Odom then laid in a basket and Rafer Alston drained a three in the final
minute, but free throws from Redd, Kukoc and Van Horn sealed the win for

Milwaukee, which closed a two-game homestand on Sunday, has won eight of 11
and 18 of their last 22 games at home and improved to 23-8 in its gym this

The win also moved the Bucks into a tie for fourth place with the New Orleans
Hornets in the Eastern Conference playoff race.

On the injury front, forward Joe Smith missed his second straight game with a
sprained left ankle and is questionable for Wednesday’s tilt with the Orlando
Magic in the opener of a four-game road trip.

Milwaukee has won two of three with Orlando this season and has won three of
four and four of the last six matchups. The Bucks, though, have lost two
straight in Orlando, but have walked away with a win in five of their last
eight visits to the TD Waterhouse Centre.
