Los Angeles Clippers Team Report – March 3

=== Los Angeles Clippers Team Report – March 3 ===

(Sports Network) – The Los Angeles Clippers will try and get back on the
winning track this evening when they welcome the Eastern Conference-leading
Indiana Pacers to the Staples Center.

The Clippers enter tonight’s tilt on a losing note after finding themselves on
the wrong end of a 113-106 decision to the Sacramento Kings at ARCO Arena.

Corey Maggette poured in 32 points to pace Los Angeles, which has dropped two
in a row, four of its last five and nine of it last 12. Elton Brand had 25
points and eight boards in a losing effort, while Quentin Richardson had 17
points.

Chris Wilcox had a terrible game, going scoreless without a shot or rebound in
10 minutes, collecting two fouls and committing a turnover. Maggette,
meanwhile, eclipsed 30 points for the fifth time this season.

Los Angeles was 19-of-20 from the foul line for a season-high percentage of
.950.

The Clippers have won five of their last six at home and is 17-12 in their gym
this season.

Indiana defeated the Clips earlier in the year and has won four straight and
six of the last seven matchups in the series. The Pacers have also won seven
of their last nine in LA against the Clippers.
