=== Los Angeles Clippers Team Report – March 8 ===

(Sports Network) – The Los Angeles Clippers will try to make it two
straight wins on Tuesday when they head to the Lone Star aState to battle the
Houston Rockets at the Toyota Center.

On Sunday, Elton Brand scored 21 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to help Los
Angeles snap a four-game losing skid with a 91-71 win over the Portland Trail
Blazers at the Staples Center.

Corey Maggette chipped in 18 points and a career-high nine assists for the
Clippers, who won for just the second time in eight games. Maggette also
reached double digits for the 14th straight game.

On the injury front, Quentin Richardson left the game with a sprained back
midway through the third quarter and did not return. The injury, though, is
not considered serious and he should be in the lineup on Tuesday.

The Clippers, who are 3-7 in Tuesday games this season, have lost eight of
their last nine on the road and are 8-22 away from home this season.

The Clippers have lost twice already this season to Houston and could be at a
disadvantage on Tuesday, as the home team in this series has won eight
of the last 12 meetings.
