=== New Jersey Nets Team Report – March 11 ===

(Sports Network) – Kenyon Martin collected 28 points and nine rebounds to
lift the New Jersey Nets to a 98-97 win over the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday
at Continental Airlines Arena.

Richard Jefferson added 26 points for his third-straight 20-plus point game,
and Jason Kidd returned to the New Jersey lineup after missing four games with
a bone bruise in his left knee. The Nets went 2-2 with Kidd sidelined.

Kidd scored just eight points on 3-of-8 shooting, but dished out 13 assists in
39 minutes, as the Nets continued to alternate wins and losses, as they’ve
done for the last nine games.

New Jersey is 22-9 as the host this season. The Nets improved to 25-6 when
Kidd has 10 or more assists.

Martin has averaged 22.5 points, 14.5 rebounds and five assists in his last
two games.

The Nets are off until Friday when they host the Chicago Bulls. Earlier this
season, New Jersey defeated the Bulls, 95-78, on December 23, 2003 at the
Meadowlands. The teams will play again on March 23rd at the United Center.
