(Sports Network) – The Dallas Mavericks face the Los Angeles Clippers
tonight at the Staples Center.

This is the fourth and final meeting of the season between the two teams. The
Clippers have won two of the three contests, winning once at Dallas and LA.
The Mavs beat the Clippers, 116-91, on February 24th at American Airlines
Center.

The Mavs have won six of the last eight contests with the Clippers. The
Mavericks have won eight of their last 10 at the Clippers.

Dallas is in third place in the Midwest Division, 4 1/2 games behind the
first-place Timberwolves. The Mavs are currently seeded fifth in the Western
Conference playoff race, 1/2 game ahead of the Memphis Grizzlies.

On Saturday, Michael Finley matched his season high with 38 points to lead the
Mavericks to a 113-90 win over the Phoenix Suns at America West Arena.

Antoine Walker finished with 18 points and 10 rebounds in the win for the
Mavericks, who scored 38 points in the first quarter and 70 in the first half.
Antawn Jamison chipped in 15 points and 10 boards in the win, just Dallas’
second in six games. The Mavericks also snapped a four-game road losing
streak.

The Mavericks are 12-20 on the road this season.
