(Sports Network) – Jason Richardson scored 22 points and Mike Dunleavy added
19, as the Golden State Warriors ended a nine-game losing streak with a 97-80
win over the San Antonio Spurs on Monday at the Arena in Oakland.

Erick Dampier added 16 points and 11 rebounds for the Warriors, who halted a
three-game losing streak at home. Calbert Cheaney netted 11 points in the win.

Richardson and Dunleavy both made three three-pointers in the victory for
Golden State, which shot 48 percent for the game and had a 42-37 edge on the
boards.

Dampier has averaged 13.6 points and 10.3 rebounds in his last 10 games. He
has registered double digits in rebounding in eight of his last 13 contests.

Dunleavy has scored in double digits in seven of his last eight games. He has
averaged 16 points in that span.

The Warriors are off until Wednesday when they host the Orlando Magic. Earlier
this season, Golden State lost to the Magic, 119-93, on December 19, 2003 at
the TD Waterhouse Centre.
