(Sports Network) – Pau Gasol recorded a double-double with 22 points and 10
rebounds to lead the Memphis Grizzlies to an 82-79 win over the Philadelphia
76ers on Tuesday at The Pyramid.

Bo Outlaw added a season-high 15 points off the bench, as the Grizzlies
ensured their first winning season in franchise history. Memphis, now at
42-25, bounced back from an 88-80 loss at Houston to take its eighth win in

With the win, Memphis swept the season series with Philly for the second time
in three years. The Grizzlies overcame a poor night at the charity stripe as
they were just 13-of-20 (65 percent), compared to the Sixers who missed just
two foul shots in 20 attempts (90 percent). Memphis outscored Philadelphia in
the paint by a 52-34 margin.

The Grizzlies are off until Thursday when they host the Seattle SuperSonics.
It will be the fourth and final meeting of the season between the two squads.
Memphis is 1-2 against the Sonics.

Gasol has scored at least 22 points in three of his last four games. He has
averaged 17.8 points and 8.9 rebounds in his last 10 contests.
